Fallon, NV- The Fallon Tribe received initial shipment of vaccines, which was picked up Wednesday with the help of health care workers Susan Bracamontes and Gracie Booth.
On Thursday morning, there was a historic moment at the Fallon Tribal Health Clinic as front-line care workers for the Fallon Tribe received the first round of the Covid-19 vaccines. Diabetes Prevention Coordinator and tribal member Christiana Baldwin became the first person for the Fallon Tribe to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. 30 health care workers will receive the vaccine today, kicking off the Fallon Tribes first phase of its vaccination effort.
Chairman Moyle stated, “The tribe is excited to be able to offer the vaccine to our community, starting with our Hero’s, the health care workers.”
